We thought it would be great to share a quick healthy sandwich idea.

Ingredients

  • ½ Avocado
  • ½ Ripe Banana
  • 2 Table Spoons of Greek Yogurt
  • Wholemeal Bread

Method:

  1. Mash the Avocado and Banana together with the Yogurt
  2. Put the Spread on the Bread
  3. Eat and Enjoy!
